浙江博雷重型机床制造有限公司下辖山西博润铁厂、河南博远机械有限公司、重庆博重精密数控机床制造有限 公司、杭州杭申机床制造有限公司、杭州爱默尔实验设备有限公司、国营四五零九机械制造有限公司等六个分公司。2003年公司通过ISO质量管理体系认证。多次在省级质量定期监督检查中被评为优质合格产品，同时被中国质量检验协会评为年度国家质量检验合格产品。目前成为华东地区规模大、系列多、品种全的压力机生产企业。博雷重机新基地2005年被德清县政府评为“十大外来投资企业”。
公司新厂区位于临杭工业园区，占地5.3万平方米，建筑面积3.5万平方米。新厂区新增投入1.3亿元，开发七大系列压力机，三大类型金属切削重型机床。公司拥有四十余名工程技术人员，全部运用计算机与管理，具备一流的产品研发能力。
